Having essential gear scattered throughout several different backpacks is one of the most frustrating things. Having gear in one central location is key to staying organized. Trying to find one’s hunting license in the dark, while trying to make it out of the door before shooting hours, is never fun. By using the Backcountry Organizer by Outdoor Research, I can now keep all of my outdoor essentials in one small pack. This makes it easy to swap packs without having to root around and transfer essential gear from one pack to another. I call it my “Hunting EDC.”
